You will work closely with Sales VP, RVPs and Sales Managers to ensure account assignment decisions and tollgate recommendations are followed to stay aligned with organizational strategies and goals.  This position will interact with US and Canadian sales management as well as internal departments such as Finance, IS, Marketing, and Administrative personnel at all levels. Qualifications:  Four year under graduate degree or equivalent job experience required.   Graduate business or marketing education, such as an MBA is a plus.  Minimum five years experience in sales management and/or sales analysis required.  Excellent organizational, communication, leadership, motivation, coaching, listening and planning and problem solving skills required.  Must be able to communicate in a variety of presentation environments, from board room to City Meeting. High degree of integrity and ability to quickly develop productive relationships required. Must possess the ability to design, develop, write and effectively communicate reports, proposals and sales strategies.  Must have strong PC skills including spreadsheets (excel) databases (Access, Crystal Reports), and presentations (Power Point).   Ability to learn other software packages and maintain awareness of technology advances.
